vodafone are doing for £10 per month 300 mins and 3000 texts 12 month contract

or for £15 per month 600 mins and 3000 texts.

If you go through quidco you will also get £100 cashback, making the total cost for the year for the £10 contract £20 and for the £15 contract £30??

That one you linked to is probably better for your needs.

Tesco piggyback O2's network I believe so should get good network coverage. and not rely so much on quidco or tied into contract.
