Best value tripod?

Hi,

Does anyone know of or could anyone recommend a sturdy tripod for a DSLR for around £15-20?

Should be able to hold its own in a reasonably windy environment (I'm not expecting much for the price, just dont want it to fall over and break equipment)

Thanks

Some Currys still have the Manfrotto 718 tripod @ £29.97 (retails at about £65-70 normally). It's no longer on the website, but I seem to remember that there are pretty good stocks around still.
