If you go for Sky, buy through QuidCo.Com to earn £50 in cashback and get:
Offer from June 30th to July 31st: * six months free Sky Sports or Sky Movies with any Sky TV package from £15 a month * free equipment and free installation * £10 credit when you join online
Welcome to HUKD by the way :)
oh thank you so much
sky for £15 wont be all channels ! cant be, we pay near £40(multi room thou)

if your in NTL/telewest area that could be good, can get tv, broadband(1mb) & phone for £30 OR TV and broadband for £20 permonth.... go thru quidco and get £27.50 :)

Thanks big_anth :) The £15 a month is for the base package I expect. The six months of free Sky Sports and Movies is worth a fair bit, as is the installation, equipment and £10 on top of the £50 cashback through QuidCo. Worth it if you haven't got a the cable option!

I'm with NTL/TeleWest and recommend them also! You can earn £27.50 if you sign up through QuidCo too.

What kind of a digital box do you get with the NTL 2 for £20 package, does it have a hard drive with memory?

I had a leaflet through the post which stated you could ‘pause, fast forward, rewind just like a dvd’.
Would you have to pay extra for this feature?

all the sky and NTL deals are going cheaper cos they are all switching over to HDTV soon, NTL will be coming out with a similar thing to Sky+ soon.

so might be worth waiting, or you will be stuck in a 12 month contract without any HDTV.

worth thinking about.
