Are you connected by a wireless device? If so you may be connecting to BT FON. Disconnect and connect to something called BT Hub.

Yes, I had this problem when first installing. Seems to default to BT Fon settings. Mu approach now to new routers is to change SSID & Password to that of router being replaced. That way you don't have to reconfigure all the devices attached to previous router. Saves a lot of time. For me it included 4 smartphones, 2 laptops, a smart TV, Amazon Fire box & Now TV box. I would imagine I am far from atypical this day & age.

Go to your wireless settings and click forget on all access points that are called: BT FON and BT-WifiX.
This problem also occurs if your neighbour has BT Wifi .

On your Iphone Go To Settings > Wi-Fi. The Click the blue i icon and that will bring up another option menu. At the top should be Forget This Network.

Android is easier. In the wifi menu just click on the Wireless Access point and click forget network.
