Yeah it finished the other day but if you're not in a rush it will probably restart again soon.

Just as a heads-up. I ordered BT infinity fibre when it had a great deal on here in the summer. I was estimated at 24-35Mbps, guaranteed 22Mbps and actually got 10Mbps. Bad enough at that but in the evening it sometimes drops to 150kbps or less (still showing 10Mbps between hub and exchange).

I'm sure it's great but God help you if you need customer service - it is atrocious. Even on-line chat has long waiting times and they close calls routinely without a resolution.

I've just been allowed to cancel and move back to Sky with a full refund of money paid it's been that bad.

Just because yours is slow doesnt mean everyone elses is. Your probably lower than the guaranteed speed due to it being self install fibre rather then engineer

I need to get something quick for the house im moving to, without any idea of a waiting time im afraid i would need to order without waiting.

I had bt fibre before and i got it for a friend too, it was fine, i think you can get problems with any supplier but i agree customer services are rubbish. Chasing the rewards card for my friend was a nightmare.
