If you tie yourself in to a long contract with BT and make at least 3 calls a month then this deal could work:
http://www.serviceview.bt.com/list/public/current/Notice08_boo/FrameworkImpl291580.htm#FrameworkImpl291580

If you have Sky then they may pay (give you credit off your Sky bill) to cover BT installation fees

BT said they wouldn't charge me for a connection charge of £124.99. Low and behold, 8 months down the line, about 50 calls and a significant number of grey hairs I have finally managed to get the money back.

Be aware and proceed with great caution!

go to sky and ask them to install the line :)

I think sky used to pay it if you hook up with them for 12 months. Pretty good if you wanted sky tv, not so good if you don't:roll:

after a long stern conversation to bt i have managed to get them down to £29.36 and £4.50 process charge which im quite happy with as they were going to charge over £100. I just told them i wanted to cancel me contract. I have had to start a new 18 month contract though!

Openreach (A BT Group Business) connect the line on behalf of your chosen provider, whether it's BT retail, Post Office, Talk Talk, Tiscalo etc
