hope someone can help with issue
My sister is having BT fibre and BT TV with free BT sports installed on 24th October. on 1 of the emails received confirming order it says you can use bt Wi-Fi hotspots and BT sport on the app now.
"You can watch online or on the BT Sport App while you wait for BT TV to start - all you need is a BT ID."
So we download app to see if it's works with email signed up with. Then we noticed the small print later
"Because you asked us to start BT Sport almost immediately, you can't cancel your order and you'll need to give us 30 days' notice to stop BT Sport"
will this change any of the contract that was signed up for? Will she still get billed when broadband and TV goes live or before now she tried the app.
More information would be helpful on this and the same for the BT WiFi app don't want money coming out of her account before 24th
