Budget HDTV £250 Mark

Basically I am looking for a HDTV for my bedroom for around about £250 quid ish - give or take - if this is possible.

In an ideal world it would be at least 26" and would be used for Xbox 360, TV and DVD purposes.

I know this is a big ask at this price but any suggestions around this price mark or just above would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you in advance.

The website belows sells an AOC 27" for £257. It's over your £250 budget but it's close.

So far I have found the AOCL27W551T for £257 and a Hanspree32" for £300 not sure whether either are any good though

although smaller, the 22" LG 22SL4r is 235 on play.com and is top notch in quality (only one or two reports of the TV not being as greater quality as possible because it alters the aspect ratio - but with your 360 you won't have a problem here beacuse you can just configure it on your dashboard!), browse the forum as there was a 26" recommended the other week.

I concur. I also bought the 32" two months ago. The only problem is the remote control. They have sent me 3 replacement remote controls.

I haven't had any issues with the remote, was fairly shocked when i first saw it as the remote is the same as my dads' Thompson freeview remote, some of the buttons just do different things

I haven't used mine with an xbox 360 because i don't have one, but as a tv connected to a pc media center, it's amazing.

AV Forums has loads of information regarding the AOC 32"

£329 here, and looking at it, it's the 32" version of mine, if its similar quality it'll look great on your 360.

Oh and tantan bought the 32" model, maybe pm him?

I'm running the xbox on 720p

Debatable which is better, 720p or 1080i. Both look exactly the same to me, so i left it at 720p
