Bulk buying Windows?

Hi, i am developing a company selling PC's, but i have hit a snag with Windows, what's the cheapest way to get a lot of copies, probably OEM are cheaper? Obviously i can't pirate on machines i am selling

you need to become a OEM system provider.
have a search on the MS site and you will get all you need to know.

I believe you can actually buy a bulk licence but am not sure if you are supposed to sell the pcs on afterwards. You could always market linux or similar as the ultimate os with no costs in future for upgrade options, thus saving yourself and your customers money

With the support costs I'm not sure you'd save yourself money.

At work we use Volume Licensing, but only allows us to use it on PCs with the Authenticity sticker of the OS, or a previous versionn say Windows 2000!
