Are there bulk powders for diabetics T1?

Hi all

Last year I was diagnosed with Type 1 diabetes. All is well now regarding my health but since restarting cardio and weights, I've not put any weight on for a number of months (actually lost a little weight). Therefore I'm trying to source a protein powder suitable for a diabetic T1 and just wondering if anyone knows of anything without too much sugar so I can put some weight back on (used to use all sorts of difference protein powders but have found them to be full of sugar).

Thanks so much in advance.

have you not looked at just the standard whey protein?

ie 6% carbs?

Thanks for that. I actually have some of this in the house but it seems even low carb powder causes some sort of havoc with my Diabetes. I'm confident enough to try this again though so will do so today after my workout and be sure to measure my blood gluouse level after having it. Thanks again. (_;)

This stuff is very very low, however its made from pea's (isolate). Its good for vegans etc and a popular seller on MP so cant be to bad but cant comment myself as never used isolate
