these are fantastic they had not long come out when my little man was born we bought one and people thought it strange that he was sort of stuck in it lol but after a few weeks they all went and got one for their kiddies, such a great device to help them with posture and more importantly keeping them in the spot you put them in lol.

Ours was in until she could sit up on her own - quite a few months.
We also used to put the bumbo on the table with the tray on whilst we ate so that she was at our level and could see what was going on. You're not supposed to do this but as long as you watch them all the time it's fine.
Ours is as new, with the box - unfortunately we are in Sussex a long way from you. We are only asking £16 for the bumbo and the tray.

cannot remember how old he was in it till but i know his legs got to fat for it lol, but as above until he was able to sit on his own i really believe this encourages sitting up at an early age

If you go to a local toddler group, ask if anyone has one for sale there.
I help run one & that is how we got ours - from the mums £5 each.
Worth a try,
