... and need some nice deals please! :)

I'm mostly after:

- Nintendo Wii Console
- Extra Wiimote & Nunchuck
- Wii RGB Scart Cable
- 1000 Wii Points
- Any games that will appeal to parents, also anything like ICO, Tomb Raider for my mum or anything that's racing/football for my dad to try.

Argos?

Argos is the only place to get them. Ask them to check their system for stores that have it in stock and reserve it that way. Not available on-line!

Hmm cheers, I'll wait it out for a bit then, since I don't really want to buy instore if I can help it.

Any ideas regarding the other items please?

Racing games - try the auction site for NFS Carbon or wait for ProDrive.

Argos is out of stock for NFS Carbon.

WiiMote cheapest is Virgin but I won't advocate as I haven't read many (any) confirmed deliveries - read up though.

Argos otherwise @ £34.99.

Just curious - why do you not wanna buy instore?
#5
Many thanks for that, are the Wiimotes really £34.99?! Jeez!

I don't want to buy instore as it's not really that convinient for me, unfortunately.
#6
That's what I paid for it!

The RGB Scart Cable comes with the Wii, or at least it did when I got mine.
#8
Really?! Was it not a composite thing disguised as an RGB one?
#9
It's a Composite cable with a scart adapter

Ah I see, cheers, well that might be okay for now, since my parents TV has a spare composite socket, and probably wouldn't notice the difference between RGB and composite anyway :P
