Just check that all of the relevant services have been done. You will find there is certain things that will need to be replaced and make sure they have been. If not, the higher the mileage the higher the risk of something breaking it is hasn't been replaced at the appropriate time.

One of the reason cars like these are so cheap second hand is that running costs will hit you hard, but you only live once so go for it.

Most land rover will breakdown , range rover electrics are nightmare, suspension problems, terrible fuel mpg. Land cruiser safer bet but not as trendy in country pub

mileage not an issue as such as modern oils are good coupled with auto box means a none stressed motor... how ever things like seals harden and moving parts wear. gearbox. bushes. bearings are 'possible' problems..... how long is piece of string?

check the wing mirrors fold in correctly, if not its a £1,000 job for both sides for new units.

also that the seats heat up as if that fails the whole seat has to be replaced as the element is built into the leather.
