I have a PC, monitor, mouse, keyboard, G27 steering wheel, pedals, gearstick, Z5500 5.1 dts system and god knows else on my desk. Can anyone advise on the best most cost effective ways to manage the unholy mess of cables and wires under the average computer desk? I do use cable ties wherever possible but Interested in other options out there as well.

I got these 2 years ago https://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/B00F51HANY/ref=oh_aui_search_detailpage?ie=UTF8&psc=1

Says not available but if you can find them, they're cheap and they stick to under your desk so you can run cables hidden under your desk. Takes a while to run the cables perfectly so that they remain hidden and the pads aren't sticky enough so I used no more nails but it's worked for me for 2 years.

I have the following devices on my desk:

2 x monitors
1 x kvm
1 x laptop dock
1 x printer
1 x server

And all the cables for that are hidden by that one pack of three (leads, power cables etc).

I also used this https://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/B012S2NXJW/ref=oh_aui_search_detailpage?ie=UTF8&psc=1 to run the cables from my server on the floor and the plug sockets up along one of the desk legs.

Thanks for that. The Cablox thing looks really good, shame it's not available. I've ordered the other thing. Ta.

IKEA have these little cable cages you can screw onto the underside of your desk. No idea what they're called but remember them being quite cheap
