Gingerbread isn't difficult to make, roll, cut and bake.

Lakeland have fab sets
I bought the moulds from there and make my own from scratch. That way you can also tweak how gingery it is :)

Got a massive one from poundworld extra last week for 4 or 5 pounds. Box is really big and looks great, not built it yet tho

Ikea is where we usually get ours as well as a couple of tins of their gingerbread biscuits.
