Are you asking if traffic wardens work on bank holidays ?
#2
or because you cant read the little signs?
#3
I stayed at a hotel in Scarborough and there were parking wardens out ticketing at 9am on New Years day.

In our nearest town the single yellow lines are no parking between 8am and 6pm every day, inc. Sunday and bank holidays. The traffic wardens target areas around hotels and pubs early on bank holidays because they know visitors won't realise. It is a really mean trick the council play.

Bank holiday monday often does not count as sunday for traffic restrictions like yellow lines and bus lanes etc
#6
low life scumbags won't let you off because of a bank holiday

As Mutley says, I'm pretty certain that Bank Holidays count as a normal weekday, not a Sunday, unless there's something on the sign to the contrary.

really, is this not just like asking the courts if you can break the law because its a bank holiday X)
#9
that's when they issue most tickets bus lanes n parking restrictions stays on Monday bank holidays

You'll be fine, they don't ticket on bank holidays, any day of the week ending in "day", full moons, half moons, if you're a vegan or are called Deek.

Is it in London you are asking ? If so download AppyParking app which gives street by street guide to where you can park and when.

Check the local council website for the area you want park in. They should have a dedicated page for parking

single yellow line as long as there are no kerb mark wether they be one to two of them which denotes no loading

if it is a double yellow line then its no parking 24/7

I still think 9 a.m. on New Year's day for ticketing is more than a little mean of Scarborough or anywhere else for that matter..
