Can someone clear up booking meerkat movies at cineworld

Hi
There's 5 of us booking for cineworld tomorrow 2 adults 2 children 1 student
me and my daughter both have separate meerkat codes.
I've never tried but can you use 2 meerkat codes in one transaction?
and also if so when adding the other 3 tickets do 2 of them have to be the full price adults or can they be the cheaper student and child ones.
sorry if I'm not making sense I find cineworld booking strange when it comes to these codes
cheers.

Sorry, forgot to check back. If it allows you to add the tickets in this … Sorry, forgot to check back. If it allows you to add the tickets in this way, then I don't see why not.I can't say for sure though, we have unlimited cards so only use the meerkat codes to get the kids tickets.

    Cheers pal
Yeah I booked it like that yesterday and it let me and when he got to the bloke he was moaning ...
you've done it the wrong way it should be the cheapest tickets as meerkats I told him it never mentions it anywhere as I looked and he said I'll let you off this time lol.

I believe you can do.. Book 2 adult ticket > use one code > pay for 1 adult price > book 2 children -> use another code -> pay for 1 child price -> book 1 student as usual without any promo (and don't forget to bring her/his ID)

that sounds like I'd have to do it in 2 separate bookings to do it that way.
I don't get how they work it if I added 2 adults then a code you would presume it would then take 1 of the adults off but 3 bookings stay there lol

Definitely can, we do it all the time. You add the adult tickets, then the codes apply additional tickets (ie, they don't discount tickets already added but count as new ones).

    cheers mickeyblue ,
so the 3 tickets I add myself can they be the cheaper kids tickets and use the 2 meerkat ones instead of adult...
    just being tight lol
    works out cheaper paying
    2x child's
    1x student
    2x meerkat
    than it does paying adult
