Morning!, The first thing I would ask is what webbook did you get, or more to the point what OS is loaded, its if Microsoft Windows (any version really) then yes the USB wireless dongles would be fine, if its a Linux version as most are now to save on cost and speed these little webbooks up then you might be in for a little more trouble.

The issue with Linux is that most manufactures don’t make there devices compatible as yet, so when you are looking around at the various devices you can purchase bear this in mind and check the specifications carefully.

The thing I think you are looking for is a USB dongle, yes the network 3 do them, but so do all the rest, most of them do a PAYG monthly deal, but you still end up topping up once a month with some of them, below is a link to the three website which shows you some of the deals you can get etc, they are normally the cheapest mobile provider for this type of thing but from past experience not the best customer service, however if your going PAYG then that’s not so much of a problem.

I would suggest if your not 100% sure of compatibility etc then why not just take your webbook along to one of the main mobile network stores and ask for their assistance, they can then confirm that you will or will not be able to use one of these USB dongles, and once you have got that far, simply ask them to write down the overall costs, i.e. How much to purchase the USB device in the first month, and then how much does it cost per month and what does that give you, its just like selecting a mobile phone deal, the more "GB" download you get the more websites etc you can visit,.

Hope this helps just a little, but if you have any more questions or want some help selecting just ask.
