I have cancelled my Virgin TV, Broadband and Phone package on the 8th October 2017, by calling the Customer Support. Since cancelling all my packages with them, I have had no further communications with them. They have not written to me to confirm that I have cancelled.
I'm sure there are people out there within the UK Hot Deals community user community who have cancelled with Virgin. My question is have you had any further communications from them about the cancellation?
