You have a 14 day cooling off period as long as you haven't used your sim you shouldnt be charged. Contact e2save as they sold you the contract

it will be with e2save that you need to cancel the contract. then you may need to do it again with vodafone. i never found e2save to be any good with customer service so you may be stuck here. vodafone apparently is no better, but i found they were ok when i had a contract with them.

I had a right problem cancelling a Vodafone contract, They agreed to cancel, Then billed me, Then 6 months later appears as a debt on my credit rating. They have since rectified it but had to contact them several times.

i have contacted e2save via email and they have resolved my issue at first time of asking although i did have to wait a few days for it to be solved and yeah e2 save is part of the carphone warehouse group/company and i think mobiles.co.uk is the same.
