Anyone else get the pathetic email from Quidco today about the casino.com cashback which has been in dispute for over a year? Quidco make us wait all that time and then as per usual send this:
"I’m very sorry to inform you that on this occasion your claim has been declined because you did not meet the terms and conditions of their offer. We were not provided with specific details about which terms and conditions you did not fulfil but we’d like to assure you that we have looked into this for you further, prior to contacting you today, as we like to do everything we can to obtain payment for you."
What an utter crock of **** from Quidco, more like they pocketed it and didn't bother pursuing it.
Quidco have gone completely downhill, support is next to useless, even TCB support (which is bad) still out- perform Quidco by a long shot.
