I was just wondering if anyone else has tried to buy anything from CEX today / this weekend using vouchers? as every time I have tried to use my vouchers to buy something today, I have received error messages or the website has timed out...

Yes I am entering the details correctly and I have tried a few different vouchers but to no avail.

I have emailed them but I realise the likelihood of getting a response is low, renowned as they are for customer service!

Thanks for reading, my reasoning in putting this on here is to ascertain whether it's a general issue or if my local store has just mucked up my vouchers.

I haven't sent an email. It seems they are having a technical problem.

Try cleaning your browser cache or using a different browser. Probably won't work but until you try you never know! As for CEX and their customer services skills.... probably willing to help take your money. Problems come when it's turn for them to give you money back.

I had same problem with vouchers and also discount counts which had know where to input any and also had an issue with a delivery emailed them numerous times with no reply :-(

Thanks for the replies - tried again this afternoon and it worked... Obviously an issue at their end as stated above
