I bought my son some superman ones in tk maxx not too long ago, they are usually in the mens department but you can fold them up to make them smaller (they are the type that come in a circle, and can be used as scarfs, bandanna's, face covering etc)
Or as stated, get hold of some material, they are really easy to make, you can use wonderweb instead of sewing them to make it even easier.
Good luck and I hope your little man makes a speedy recovery

There are a lot of sellers on ebay who make their own items, many of them make baby blankets and pillows and pram accessories. You let them know what you want and they buy the licensed fabric to make them for you. I bet someone like that could make a bandana no problem and would be able to make it to your exact mesasurements!

So sorry to hear about your sons illness. What kind of characters is he into? If the material is available i could probably ask my mother in law to make them free of charge for you.
I am guessing they wouldnt be very difficult to make and im sure she would be happy to help.
