Charging rate of galaxy s4

hey all.

its not a huge thing but something i thought i would ask.

ive been trying to track how fast my s4 charges with various chargers. i have 2.1 amp chargers and 1 amp chargers alike and i cant seem to get it to charge at anything higher than 1.2 or 1200 Mah if my thinking is correct.

the max charging rate for the s4 is 1900 mah, so has anyone got close to that?

ive been using the blackbery chargers from the deal posted a while ago for reference but its possible that they may only charge faster for blackberries im presuming. standard s4 charger also is the same rate.

i did see a youtube video where someone made a conversion cable and it was charging at a much higher rate but im presuming those numbers are wrong.

Bear in mind it will only charge at a maximum of 1200ma with the screen on i.e. when you can see the charging current.
Is it possibly charging at a higher rate when the screen is off?
