Cheap Bathroom tiles (floor and wall) &/Or cheap outdoor paving slabs

I know these are rather unrelated, but they are 2 projects i have in mind.

However like everyone money is tight.

Im looking for some cheap (but nice :P ) tiles for my bathroom, i need to tile the walls and the floor, doesnt have to be the same tile. Would need approx 50 for the floor. So im just wondering who has seen the best deal. I've visited topps tiles and they are quite reasonable, though i wonder if even more money can be saved.

Im also looking to create a patio, so i would like to know of any deals for pretty much any type of outdoor slabs.

I appreciate your time and effort, thanks :)

So how do you get them to give you a staff discount when in-store?
Surely they will ask for some proof?

Do i have to go in store to get staff discount? Do i pretend to be staff...or just ask for the discount cause i want it lol??

I'll take a peek on freecycle for it, thanks for the heads up :D

Trade Depot Are Nationwide And Have Nice Tiles Cheap. They Got Some Called Bumpy White Which Are Nice And Cheap And If You Team With A Pricier Border Looks Fab

apologies i meant trade! and they havent asked for proof! it was about 20% on tiles and a lot more on adhesives and trims-maybe 60-70%-which i was shocked about. Better in your pocket though!

Last time I wanted a whole load of tiles I initally looked into getting a man in to do the job for me. So I had a few companies round to quote for the job. The second guy that came gave me a price for the tiles only which was at his trade prices, I got a good price on the supply of all the tiles and trims and he made a bit for doing nowt :-D
So it might be worth just telephoning the local tilers and see if the want to quote on supply only.

Remeber to do a 'Dont get done, get Dom' knock em down type barter
