Cheap Decent Freeview Plus or Freeview Plus HD Recorder

I'm looking for a Freeview Plus box for the in-laws for Christmas.

Something decent and easy to use that doesn't involve USBs or seperate hard drives - basically the same as Sky+ but for Freeview.

Looking for as near to £50 as possible, but it'll probably have to be a bit more. Or (and I know it's not likely!) a Freeview+ with HD for about £100?

Happy to include codes & cashback to get the best deal. Any advice greatly appreciated!

Thanks. Looks promising, although perhaps a little pricier than I was hoping for, especially for a grade A model. Best I've seen so far though, so if nothing cheaper pops up I'll give it a go.

Yeah, not really too hopeful for the +HD box, but you never know...every so often a spanking deal comes along! The normal Freeview+ boxes have been available on and off for anything upwards of £50 so I'm really looking for one of those.

Have a look at QVC they had a 500gb freeview box for £64.95 + P&P
plus you can see a video presentation on your PC so you can decide if this is what you looking for
Plus they offer a 30 day try it policy so if you don't like you can return it, and at this time of year you have till the 25TH Jan before you have to return it ( all products come with return label )

IT ALSO HAS TWIN TUNERS

http://www.qvcuk.com then type in 500gb freeview in the search box and you will see it

Thanks for that - was a little put off by the top-up tv aspect of it - someone else had one that was designed as a top-up-tv box rather than standard freeview+ and had a bit of bother getting rid of the extra stuff that was on it, also it says on one of the reviews that half of the hard drive on this is reserved for TUTV. Still a good price though. Going to wait till after Christmas and see if anything comes down in price, as we're not seeing them now until New Year!
