Im looking for cheap flights and accomodation to Amsterdam for 4 adults. The dates i want to be going are 7th Oct till 10th Oct. If anyone can find me a good deal it would be great.
Also we would need to fly out from Manchester, Leeds/Bradford airpost would prefer Leeds/Bradford but if not it does not matter or if you can find another airport close then we would consider that aswell.

Thanx

i go in two weeks, flights with easyjet for £80 return - but i agree that skyscanner.net is a good choice. try moneysavingexperts flight checker - that is brilliant or travelsupermarket.com

As for hotels i got mine through last minute.com at the weekend using their top secret hotels 45% off deals. got 4* in city cetre for £341 for 3 nights Which is a brilliant deal, originally we were looking at a similar cost if we booked in advance for a 1* - and some of the hotels looked like the film hostel (grim!!!). look at travelsupermarket.com for hotels and then Cross reference them with tripadvisor to make sure you are not staying in a hole!!!

If you are going for the smokey smoke dam square is the area where the main coffee shops are, and it is within easy distance of central station

Hope this helps

Hi Paula

No problem - i spent hours and hours searching so hopefully i can save you some time

The lastminute deal - if you go onto the hotels section, the promotion ion the right hand side Says “top secret hotels – up to 45% off” if you click this it explains all about it but in a nutshell it is hotels that are trying to get bookings for rooms on a late availability scheme, but because the discount is so high they do not want to put their names to them until after yo have booked. I may not have explained this very well so please check the website

I did this and I ended up with the Jolly Carlton – got mixed reviews and is about 10 minutes away from dam square. I know one of the other secret hotels (as they were offering 3 at the time of my booking) was one called the Rembrandt Centrum which is 3* on dam square, this was at £350 for 3 nights but I was only looking for a twin so im don’t know how much this will effect the overall price

If your nerves can take it you can wait for the discounts to “hopefully” roll in, but these are not guaranteed to be there from one day to the next

I hope this link works for you http://www.lastminute.com/site/travel/hotels/deals/top-secret.html?intcmp=hotels_hp_flash1
