When do you want to go, where can you fly from, what ages are the children?
#2
Seriously, I don't think you could have looked very hard if you can't find an AI holiday for 2 adults and 2 children for £3000 in June !

Check out the following:

Holidaypirates
Thomson late deals
Thomas Cook late deals

Apart from that it would be good if you gave us dates, children's age and your nearest airport.

Note usually South East airports are cheapest to fly from and term time would be cheaper to go on holiday.

We usually fly from Newcastle in the first few weeks of Scottish hols. Its much cheaper as the English schools are still in.

Tenerife would probably fit the bill too
