man, I got one of these off ebay about 3 weeks ago and they are amazing, I got mine spinning at over 11700 rpm and it rocks. Paid £13 quid inc del

the cheapest place for them is ebay or play.com I believe

That seems to be a different make, are there any differences with the different powerballs?

My record is 12900 and something.

Beat that :-D :p

One thing that is the same is that you will probably need physio when you have finished!!

def go for the branded one, they come with a lifetime garantee.... and its not a cheaper copy.

@ MattC- Im aiming to beat 13000 by the end of january lol

£9.99 delivered PLAY
£14.99 PRO delivered PLAY

so which one? I think I'll buy one too...

Pro has a screen - you'll need this to compete etc :)
#9
lol
I don't need to compete with no one... so the original one will do for me then
thanks

no no, buy the pro, its much better as then you can get your own personal targets and beat them, thats what I do!

Is this worth getting over a dunbell set?

Does this powerball give you muscles? If so how long does it take to get muscles or to burn a decent amount of fat?
#12
um this powerball will only give 40lb of force out.

It only really works out forarm, wrists and shoulders, not really for what you want to do. It will burn fat, slowly and increases muscle, within 1 month or so my forarm muscles have become defined and stronger, also visibly bigger, but I am quite a fit person as it is and I use it with conjunction to the gym and a overall fitness plan
