i woudn't recommend whey protein unless you exercise in the gym for 3hours your whole body.

Maximuscle is probably the best on the market. The Promax which is the protein supplement is buy 1 get 1 free at the moment:

http://store.maximuscle.com/epages/maximuscle.storefront/EN/Product/PrmD6?tc=PI002&mc=PI002

I can also save you £10 off your first order if you PM with your name and email address.

Hi mate,

I've been buying Vyomax for the past few months (combining it with Cell-Tech - which I highly recommend), for £17 a go.

I've just swapped over to nutrisport 90+ which gives you 45g protein in every 50g scoop !!

This is normally £15 in your local health shop, although I found it last week on a market stall for £12 !!!!!

I know nothing about protein but this seems reasonable?

A word of caution mate, my friend who is a medical doctor, tells me quite often about the people who come there with failed kidneys due to some protein supplements. It appears as if this supplement industry is not very much regulated.

lol, are you serious? 3 hours?

the best whey is optimum whey, but not the cheapest about £30 for 5lbs

i wouldn't always go for the cheapest, its your body after all
