Looking for a cheap or free file hosting site just to host my files so i can download later. not looking for too much space really. 1 or 2gb will be file. would want one capable of uploading files more than 100mb.

you may be best purchasing your own shared hosting solution.( i can help you out if needed.)
also check out www.drop.io not sure max file size. may need to pay for upgrade.

yep been using it for a few weeks. you can also allow selected other msn users access to the files if you choose

Can't you use rapidshare.com or megaupload.com?
