Are the cheaper Tefal pans good?

Hi, I recently need a new small pan and bought a cheap 22cm one from B&M and it's rubbish! It doesn't heat properly in the center.

I saw a Tefal 20cm pan for £7.99 (not with the red heat spot) and wondered are they any good at distributing heat evenly as its one of their cheaper ones

Here it is

Thanks

I've never been disappointed with Tefal pans and I cook from scratch every day so they are really well used.

Tefal have several ranges . Intensiums are good ,the cheaper ranges not so good . There are loads of offers this time of year , http://www.hotukdeals.com/deals/tefal-intensium-30-cm-frypan-11-98-amazon-p-p-2075797 an example nice and heavy and don't scratch . Specifics are one of the cheaper ranges -not so good . Justcheck around and make sure you get an intensium .

I have tefal pans and i think they're great . I have the one's with the red spot . it's defiantly worth paying out a little extra
