Looking to install windows 7 on a computer that comes with no OS.

What's the best deal? (student or otherwise).

Thanks.

Can do a clean install with the upgrade anyway, that's what I did....

So just sticking in the disc is ok?

If you're not going to pay any attention to the specific licensing conditions (i.e. using an upgrade disc as a full install), then you may as well torrent a cracked copy. Or go to software4students (£38.49). Or use microsoft expertzone to get it for £50.

Cheapest Legal copy I can find is this one
http://www.eclipsecomputers.com/product.aspx?code=SWM-WIN7HP6O

Or CCL computers

Using upgrade versions for clean install is as other HDUK users have suggested is actually illegal
