How old is it? - does it have USB 2.0 connections?

If it HAS got USB 2.0, then you could go for the one below for £9.99

I'm assuming you already have a wireless router, because if not then you wouldn't need a wireless PCI card either... the reason I linked to a USB instead of PCI card is because they are just plug and play usually, and at most all you have to do is install a driver on disc.

But if you really want a PCI card instead, then there's this

Also, you didn't mention whether you wanted wireless b,g or n.... so assumed you meant g as that's what most people still use for basic internet uses... if you need it to stream movies etc then you might be better off getting a wireless n router and wireless n PCI card or USB dongle instead.
