If it's a replacement or freebie you could decant it into a zip lock bag and flatten it so it's standard letter size.

If you have amazon prime then see about ordering one from Amazon and having it posted directly to your customer. Cheeky I know!

£2.75 Hermes including insurance and tracking, you will need to drop it off at a parcel shop though.

send them a postal order for them to buy colour of their choice with a few bob extra added to it as a sweetener = win win
