They're all very much the same as they match each others prices for the main things . Done the main shopping at Morrisons because of the vouchers but will probably pick up the fresh stuff and anything nibblewise at Lidl . At the end of the day its mostly down to convenience and easy parking for me .

Iceland for me! Went a bit overboard, but looking forward to it all

Got a big tesco order arriving tomorrow. I can't stand food shopping at the best of times let alone this time of year. Had to nip into morrisons for a few odds n sods yesterday and it was like a scene from horror movie...... Can only imagine it will be worse next week :(

M&S once a year treat haha
#7
Can't beat morrisons used my Christmas bonus vouchers my match and more £5 vouchers and money off voucher that printed off last week £10 off £70 and got more match points on my card

Aldi all the way! This time last year is have turned my nose up at Aldi but I'm a total convert!! My son loves everything I've bought from there and he's a total food snob!!
Aldi Rocks!!

Usually around Christmas Eve Aldi have a half price fresh veg sale.
#10
Aldi is popular this year then
#11
M&S, love their stores, so warm and friendly. I spend hours just walking backwards and forwards in them.

I then get a free Xmas dinner in my local hospital along with some free B&B for a week or so. :)

M&S and Tesco. Most of it from M&S as always. Our total Christmas food shopping has come to £750 so far this year!
#13
Might try Aldi. One opened near me the other week (not been in yet) but Sainsburys across must be taking a big hit.

I've got delivery saver with Tesco and still not used it yet!

We've used them for years. Obviously we go to different stores for certain things, but our main shop is from Aldi. They have some good Turkey crowns too.

I am not keen on their turkey crowns, they seem to cover the whole of the face instead of sitting on top of the head,

More money than sense then!!! Bet you bin half that! :(

Pre ordered Christmas dinner meats at m&s but the rest will be morrisons, have the 25 off coupons plus £10 from match and more. Used to shop at Aldi but honestly not spending any more at morrisons for more choices and brand names.

Sainsburys, Waitrose and contribution from daughter (from Aldi!)

each to their own imo , you can spend what you like on shopping , however i choose to spend sensibly and enjoy getting a bargain and still eat well , i have a housefull of 11 this year for two full days and i have spent about £150 total , believe me noone will go hungry or feel they have not ate well and with luxury.

It's not that we care, we are shocked you spent so much! If you don't want people to talk about it, don't tell us then!

because spending stupid money like that pretty much sums up what went wrong with Christmas.
