I've not used one, but there are detailed positive reviews on Amazon https://www.amazon.co.uk/Revitive-DX-Blood-Circulation-Booster/dp/B016ZOWWZU

I use one all the time and really rate it, I suffer from cramps in my calf's with swollen feet and ankles. It really helps, I have it under my desk and use it while I am on the pc. It does take discipline to use regularly, 30 mins at a time. The trick is to set it so you can just feel the pulses and not so high you start irish dancing. If you have certain medical conditions, diabetes, neurological problems etc. you can buy them vat free from someone like Llyods chemist.
