The only ones I know of are wired, wireless seems to be more targeted at the lifestyle audience rather than heavy typists.

A microsoft or logitech keyboard might be a decent compromise giving you both reasonable keys and wireless. Make sure you go for a full travel one though, the short-travel laptop style ones are generally a lot worse.

The easy call set looked good, not sure if they're what you would call comfortable.
