I think this may just be from a lack of water.

I do 15 minute workouts every weekday and don't often feel the need for water afterwards, apart from after cardio.

My water intake usually comes from coffee in the morning and tea at lunch. Then fruit juice at dinner.

Can anyone confirm it could just be a lack of water?

Could be lack of water, what colour is your pee??

Could also be eye strain, when were they test last.

Also high blood pressure - which you can get even if you work out all the time.
#2
bad posture could be the cause.
#3
could also be low oxygen content in your red blood cells, you may need more iron
#4
i try and drink at least 1 litre of water per day not including milk etc

Coffee in the morning is actually bad for you as it actually dehydrates you. Try drinking a glass of water before eating anything in the morning
#6
why are you asking in a deals site lol, go to the doctors.....

You know your not drinking enough so drink more! You can get really ill without enough fluids. Dont mean to sound harsh but you do need more.
#8
why not do some crazy experiment? drink more water and see if it helps
3 cuppas a day doesn't seem a lot especially if doing a reasonable workout
#9
Do you get the headaches in morning after you wake up?
Do you feel sleepy or lack energy?

I used to have morning headaches every morning and the hospital found out it was sleep apnea
#10
You should be drinking 2 litres a day. Minimum.

If you have a smartphone, try using an app to remind you to drink. I use Hydro Coach.

Easily be lack of water, but it could also be so many other things. Coffee, stress, eye strain, air quality, cough / cold, difficulty breathing during sleep or something even more sinister. Try to do one thing at a time, water first, and see if less coffee helps, or change the time of day you drink it, some people also say that caffeine withdrawal is just as bad, so try to find the balance.

Wrong, coffee doesn't dehydrates. This myth has been disproved many times.

Had a few blood tests before and never had a problem with any deficiencies.

Simple drink more water and see, if it doesn't help see a doctor it could be something more serious or something like constant daily headaches. Make sure you aren't taking to many painkillers they can actually cause headaches.

It could be your teeth do you drink lots of energy drinks

Drink more water! I try and drink at least 3ltr per day. Also get your eyes checked, you might be needing glasses or a stronger prescription. I went through a spell of getting headaches all and it turned out I had a fractured eye so key from when my son headbutt me by accident but I checked my eyes first before I went to my GP.

Definitely been needing a stronger prescription.
Noticed lately I can't see things as clearly (as is the norm at some point when needing to wear glasses all the time).

get your eyes tested and drink water. Coffee/tea will remove water from your body.

Your body is telling you something is wrong and so take notice. Good luck.

Perhaps that was your problem; the bottle of juice stated "Concentrate" & did not give an indication when to stop staring at it.

Hotukdeals male users extreme phobia of Doctors :) Unless it's life threatening most guys around my age range preception of Doctors is inept at best. I blame society myself for the social engineering of not bothering with the Doctor unless it's at the point where you can't ignore it anymore. i.e. something is dropping off or close to death.

Most headaches can be diagnosed just from the "story" of them
When they happen, where on your head you feel them, what helps them get better and what makes them get worse, etc etc
Most headaches are tension type headaches (have a look on patient.co.uk for a good article)
If it's worrying you, worth a trip to the GP to discuss it further - helpful to have a diary of the headaches to understand the pattern

so that seems to be it drink more water same use to happen to me the day after going to work I use to get a headache as I wasn't drinking much water at work and the have aircon which put the humidity level to about 35percent. As I drink about 1 litre of fluid usually the low humidity probably caused the headaches which took out too much body from water
