I don't think that anywhere sells cots with mattresses included, but if you want a really cheap cot, then IKEA are the cheapest, I think. They have a cot at £30 and matching mattresses start at £12.

They will also deliver now ... save you the trip!

Or, if that's not cheap enough, look on eb*y, in your local newspaper, or on freecycle and see if any secondhand ones fit what you need.

Good luck !

the M&P one is without a mattress, its quite easy to go to Mothercare and buy a mattress without buying a M&P mattress recommended by them.

My son went into his cot about 4mths and my daughter slept her in moses basket till she was about 14mths,obviously we took it off its stand when she was about 3 or 4 mths.We used the cot he had and bought a new mattress for it from Mothercare.

Also If buying a second hand cot or anything similar,be sure to clean it well down and replace the mattress with a new one.

:-( never checked that, they dont deliver to me either, oh well it looks like a visit to the store then, i take it their are no restricted areas if you buy sofas in store and want them delivered? I take it the above is purely for shopping online deliveries

I'm not 100% sure, but if you phone up customer services at the store you are planning on going to, they can tell you whether they'd home deliver to you.

BTW, it might be worth playing the 'poor lady who's so far pregnant that travelling is difficult', and ask a cust serv manager whether they could accept your credit card details over the phone and deliver it to you, to save you the trip. It's not policy, but they did it for me as I had made a special trip to store ony to find they'd sold out of the item I wanted !
