Hi,

I'm looking for the cheapest way to obtain the CS series,

I know you can get CS complete on steam for £17 but I think thats expensive considering how old the games are.

Does anyone know where I can get the three games cheaper?

Thanks in advance!

I think that is the cheapest place to buy the series.

Counter Strike: Source alone is £13 on steam - and £15 from play (+5% off).

Furthermore, I don't think you can buy Counter Strike 1.6; Condition Zero etc. any more from the shops.

Edit (1):
I lie! You can buy the 1.6 and CZ but for £17 @ Asda

But it's still best to buy from Steam.

Hope this helps.

I remember my disk version of half life 2 came with counterstrike source so if thats the only one you are really after you might be able to pick up half life 2 pc cheap on disk.

Thanks both of you,

So far I had come up with getting CS & Condition Zero off steam for £6.
Then getting CSS from ebay for £10.

I already have HL2 from orange box, HL2 is cheaper but I can't find any confirmation that it includes CSS.

Careful getting Steam games off flea-bay as they may have used the activation code!

I intend to buy it new.
Will hold off for a day in the hope of someone finding a better deal.

Thanks.

And I got CS & CSZ.
Wish I hadnt bothered and just went for Source.
CS looks dull and not as fun as 1.5 was.

Edit: Bought both, this can be expired.
