Hi, I am trying to get the following as an upgrade on CPW on pay as you go

http://www.carphonewarehouse.com/phones/nokia-lumia-630/ppayupg?&colourCode=ORANGE&intcmp=PAYGUP_nok630_030614

I complete the upgrade checker forms & in the end it tells me that

"We are sorry, but this number is unfortunately not due for an upgrade right now. "

I have tried other family member's numbers as well but it's the same.

I had one pay as you go number since 2012 & it have been topped up by at least £10 a month.

Any suggestions?

Have you registered the Sims in your name. Maybe that's the problem. O2 seems to work easily but always dearer. Virgin is supposed to work well for upgrades.

pop into a store and ask if they can look into this for you

Hi, the sim is registered under my name. Will try store later on this week.

Any other suggestions how can I make this work online or anyone experienced the same?

Had the same last week and they (CPW) said get in touch with provider as each one has it's own 'criteria' for upgrades, I never bothered though as it wasn't an essential buy.

I've had the same issue but didn't get any joy from popping into the shop - very much a case of 'computer says no'.

Even though it the phone and top-up where bought in CPW and on their system, store's response was that it was T-Mobile's decision and there was nothing that could be done in-store to override.

Thank you for all your input anyway.
