I am being led up the garden path with Amazon.
I bought a watch from Amazon warehouse but it wasnt as described so I returned it. My tracked delivery shows it delivered 22nd December.
I have sent and received lots of emails about the refund, at first they just kept saying under their policy it now can take upto 3 weeks for a refund. I was then offered a refund in the email but still havent received it despite showing them proof of delivery and the fact they said they would refund me, I still havent received it and am wondering if contacting my credit card company to get involved and do a chargeback as it wasnt as described.
Anyone know the process of a chargeback.
