If it's on a uni cycle whilst balancing a pan of boiling custard on your head and wearing 1 stiletto and 1 croc boot then potential yes it may be. Otherwise I'm not too sure

As is walking, flying or driving. Normally no but carp happens and just falling over can be dangerous but you don't wear a helmet walking.
