Hello,

I am looking to take my girlfriend away for a couple nights in London and catch Les Mis while we are there.

I have been searching the internet for deals or decent hotel deals, but getting bogged down with knowing where to stay and for decent price.

I can sort out the theatre tickets easy enough, so Im either looking for a nice bargain hotel or the full package or even a decent site for fininding hotels at good prices.

Any one stayed in any nice, decent priced hotels around the Westend lately or know of any deals?

Thanks for any replies

Have you looked at Travelodge? We liked the one near Liverpool Street.

Whatever you pay it'll be worth it.

Les Mis is an amazing show, and the current cast are superb.

Oh OK thanks,

Are the Travelodges OK round there? Some can be dodgy and others arent so bad.

Ill also check out that website thanks.

Yeah Love Les Mis, its my favorite, we went about 2 years ago, got to see again though, loved it.:-D

Was looking at getting a ticket in the stalls maybe.

Added rep for all of your advice :)

If you go to Covent Garden travelodge try to get the Holborn Annexe - much nicer than the Drury Lane part., although both in a great location.

Convent Garden Travelodge have rooms from £42 per night (fridays as well), but thats Feb

The Stalls are good, but so is the Circle. You get a better view of the revolving stage.

The Covent Garden Travelodege is nearer to the West End, but the Liverpool Street one will probably be cheaper and much better value. It's only a short walk from the station too!

Awesome, thats a decent price, trying to keep price of hotel down due to the fact I live on the IOW and the ferry and train alone will be £40 each.

Book it asap. The price can change at any time. Breakfast is extra, but if you book it now you get it a bit cheaper.

I know It's a bit more expensive but also been looking at the Premier Inns in London. They are quite a bit more expensive though, between 170 - 209 for the 2 nights, Not knowing London very well can't see which would be the most local to the West End.

Premier Inns are a bit better than Travelodge, but are a fair bit more expensive. As long as you are near a tube station, you don't have to be close to the West End.

The Covent Garden Travelodge is only a few minutes from most of the theatres if yoy prefer to walk.
