Desktop PC - Which deal is hottest (or am I missing a better deal)?

I'm looking at these two rigs:
1) DELL - Core 2 Duo E6550 (2.2ghz), 1TB storage, 3gig ram, 256MB Radeon 2600 XT for £410
2) ASUS - AMD Phenom 9500, 250gig storage, 2gig ram, NVIDIA 8400 GS (256MB) for £358

I've been looking into the two and they both look good but there were some negative comments regarding 2 on the deal page here. I'd love some advice as to which is better.

Cheers

I would say the first one has it with no contest. Four times as much storage, 50% more ram and the processor seems decent. The only thing I'm not convinced about is that 2600XT. A last generation mid-range card with only 256mb of ram? Especially when they're asking £95, twice the normal price

Also, the second one seems to acer instead of Asus, having had recent experience with a cheap acer laptop I can say that I wouldn't touch them with a ten foot pole.
