Most companies cover diabetics now, have you checked as I work for a bank and most of our policies are ok as long as you are not receiving hospital treatment, have not been in hospital and not told that you shouldn't travel.
My husband is diabetic and he is not excluded.

Most insurance companies will insure diabetics, it's just that you have to declare it. Most of them will have a medical screening facility (if you are doing it online). But they do charge us for the pleasure of being a diabetic!!!

www.staysure.co.uk cover a wide variety of conditions as standard, plus it gives the option of declaring more serious conditions. I have always found them to be reasonable. Go through Quidco for cashback too.
