in my country you can pick it up in nearly every shop, but in England i cannot find it

I think Lidl sell lumpfish caviar occasionally

Most supermarkets sell Lumpfish caviar, but if you're after Sturgeon caviar then you'll be looking at Harrods/Fortnum & Mason/possibly Waitrose etc.
