Does anyone have an email address for seetickets?

Posted 9th Nov 2010
It goes a little something like this;

I order tickets a few months back for a gig next week.
Tickets don't arrive
I call seetickets, they direct me to their website
Website shows tickets as dispatched, I have not taken receipt of them
Try calling seetickets on an 0871 number, sit through a minut long prerecorded message before I get a beeping tone that just cuts off.
Write a lengthy email to cumstomerservices@seetickets.co.uk
The email is returned with a message to submit the message on their contact me page.
I do this and it just throws up a "response code 403" error message.

It seems unless your buying something there is no way of contacting the company!

Would anyone happen to have a valid email for them so I can contact them directly please?

Thank you.

Call the hotline 0871 220 0260 and press the option 1 to "purchase tickets" - you get through to an adviser almost instantly. Then ask them to help you. The guy i got was really helpful and sorted my problem.

Search for "See Tickets" on here: http://www.saynoto0870.com/search.php

There's lots of numbers on there. Even if you call up one and it's the wrong department, you can always ask to be transferred.

The feedback address didn't yield any joy, nor did any of the telephone numbers

A member was kind enough to supply me with a personnel email address for a seetickets employee who was able to assist me straight away and the problem has now been sorted. Thank you all for your advice.

I'm having the same problem - I've deleted the email with my reference number on and changed my bank so I can't log on to re-issue. How did you contact them?

#seetickets - See Tickets take payment for Reading Festival in February and then on 18th August, 2 days before the event they say tickets must be collected from somewhere else in Reading.
They have contracted by accepting money to post the tickets and are therefore in breach of that; lets see what Watchdog Rogue Traders have to say ? So how can they take so long to send the tickets.....not in the right batch, how incompetent can they be to take 6 months.?
Scott Duncan (one of their 'supervisors' ) and colleague Hannah ('it's a 6 minute walk to the site' - No Hannah, you live in Nottingham and have no idea and obviously don;t care or know the distance !) would not arrange for a courier and were very unsympathetic. Never again use See Tickets !!!!!!!!! See Tickets = an appalling company !

Finally got through to see tickets (after 15 mins on phone) to ask where my missing tickets were only to be told that they couldn't talk to me as my partners name was on the booking. Even after being told he was out of the country they wouldn't tell me anything because of 'data protection'. Who are they?? MI5?? We wont be able to go to our concert now.!!!!

Err, tell your partner to contact them then! Try via twitter, they are quick to respond on there.

They are atrocious. Deliberately road blocking all attempts at communication. I have been on the phone holding to
try and reach them for over 38 minutes. Then another 6 minutes etc etc etc.. Mark you all this is charged at 10p per
minute. All to get tickets either changed or refunded since I paid an extra £4 for insurance for this.
Absolutely shocking and will NEVER buy through them again. I have tried all and every telephone number on line and given on all the blogs I have read. USELESS.

I bought 3 tickets for Kygo concert in Lisbon (portugal) for a total price of 120£ a few weeks ago. I've just realized that on the paper SEETICKET made me print out as a "proof of my payment" so I can go and be given the official tickets once at the concert, on one paper they told me that the official tickets will be given only to a person having the payment card that had bee used to pay the tickets, and on the other paper they say that the tickets will be given to someone having the payment card OR the ID card with the name of the order on it. It's absolutely impossible to me to bring that payment card with me to the concert so the only possibility for me to have those damn tickets would be for them to accept my ID card which should be and has always been sufficient but apparently not for SEETICKETS. I'm here to ask you if anyone has never had a similar situation, if they think that the ID will be enough or if you can give me any advice so that I don't get there (5 hours away from where I live) not being able to get into the concert.
And yes I've obviously tried to contact them directly by phone numbers and mails but no answer.
    Thank you
