I am drinking more tea this year than I used to do. Now I get through 5 or 6 mugs a day, whereas I would struggle to get through 2 mugs last year. I don't drink sugar and I drink long life skimmed milk so sugar and fat content is not an issue.
But I wonder if this is too much tea? Will there be any side effect if I continue long term? I know too much coffee is bad for you, but what about tea, I recollect reading somewhere that unlike coffee, drinking tea is actually good for you? Also would drinking this much tea make my teeth stain?
May sound like a silly question as I have seen colleagues drink much more tea than this but I don't know if this is good for your health?
